The room was clean and had a nice

mattress, which made for a comfortable stay. However, I found the kitchenette poorly equipped, lacking essentials for my cooking needs. The overall atmosphere was quiet, but the furnishings could use some updating.

Upon arrival, I was disappointed to find that I requested extra pillows for my mom’s bad back but was only permitted two, which left her uncomfortable during the night. Moreover, the air conditioner struggled to keep the room cool and became freezing later in the night. Adding to my frustration, the pool was closed, which we were not informed about prior, and I felt let down with the overall lack of consideration for our needs.

We had a decent stay with our three kids. The kitchenette was a lifesaver for quick meals, and we enjoyed visiting Oakmont Country Club for some fresh air and relaxation. The shower had great pressure, which was refreshing after a long day.

In my wife’s opinion, the noise from neighboring rooms made it hard for the kids to sleep. A quieter atmosphere would be great for families.

One of my friends mentioned that they got bitten by what might have been bed bugs. It was pretty concerning and took away from an otherwise nice experience.
